Documents are simply scanned into a convenient Multi Functional Device or scanner equiped with an eCopy touch screen or intergrated operating panel. The easily understood RemotePrinter Job Ticket,automatically updated to offer the latest Print Room services, is displayed on the touch screen and completed by the customer.
The scanned document, now converted into a high quality print ready PDF, is delivered directly to the Print Room RemotePrinter Server with Job Ticket attached. These may then be processed alongside other digital documents that have been submitted via internet, intranet or network.
