The Skyline Upgrade Utility has been designed to ensure that upgrading is a simple process. Most of the upgrade steps have been automated; making is possible for upgrades to be carried out by Analysts in the field.
The upgrade of Skyline is free of charge for all customers with a current support contract.
If you need to upgrade Skyline from a version older that 6.6.2 then the upgrade will include an upgrade of the Neevia Document Converter. You will need to re-enter the Neevia Serial Number after the upgrade.
If you need to upgrade from version 5 you will need to purchase a new Neevia License. Please contact ePrint Direct before proceeding with the upgrade for version 5.
